This is a resubmit without any changes...
This picture was taken during day time in an almost dark room with my camera mounted on a small tripod. Used little light through my W700i mobile phone torch holding it in one hand.
Done correction and enhancement in photoshop (Selectively Darkened the background using layer feature; enhanced contrast at some points; used burn tool); but No Cropping.
