Neon Skimmer dragonfly photographed on 07/02/07 at local botanical garden.
Look closely and you will see he has folded front legs up behind head.
This is common practice among dragonflies.

Aperture = f5.6
Shutter = 1/80s
ISO = 400
Focal Length = 240mm
Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS USM lens
