Obviously the taxidermist did an outstanding job of mounting/preserving these animals in a very realistic way.
However, you did an equally outstanding job in creating the illusion that this was taken in the wild. The bit of warped forehead on the cougar gave it away to me but everything else had me wondering how you happened to be in the right spot at the right time.

Jim, on second look it was actually the area around the deer's ear and cougar's nose that caught my eye and also the halo look around the tip of the cougar's nose.
I'm not sure if the wind blown looking hair on the cougar's forehead is your manipulation or the taxidermist's but that is fine, I used the wrong part name in describing the root of my suspicions.
It is still a really good image.
