Rusty Trucks

Uploaded: July 13, 2007

Description

A couple of old trucks from Empire State Mine Historical Park in northern California.
24mm, ISO 200, 1/640 @ f/4
I've been working on getting the illustrated/painted, yet real look. I did some cloning and painting in PSCS2. Worked with layers to even out the sky. Levels and Curves and a couple of filters.

Nice work, Teri. Good effects and a great historical area to shoot. #690943

Hi Kenton,
Thanks for the feedback. I see from your gallery that you've got these techniques down pat. I especially like the portrait of the 4 cowboys. It has such dimension, practically 3D!

If you've got any technical suggestions or hints, I'd sure appreciate them.

Thanks again,
