Turbulent Seas

Uploaded: May 26, 2007

Description

Portknockie, Moray, Scotland. Arriving before dawn in April requires a 4am start. This spectacular section of coast was covered in a blanket of grey clouds that stretched almost to the horizon. The long exposure shows the Bowfiddle rock being pounded by rough seas adding to the drama I was so fortunate to behold. Pentax 67II, 55-100 zoom, 0.6ND grad, F22 at 6 sec's, Velvia.
