Thank you for your nice comment. This gentleman is a 'hand' at the Sauer-Beckmann Farm which is a working farm at the LBJ State/National Park. It's a wonderful place to visit -- you can watch the folks there shoe horses,milk cows,make soap,make cheese,etc.. It's very educational.

You know what I like most about this shot. It doesn't look set up at all. He looks like he just got done milking the cow or feeding the horses. Great shot! #471050

Sonja,
Thank you so much -- I believe he did just get through feeding the horses! He was a very nice fellow (and I'm sure used to having his picture taken). After this shot, I followed him into the ranch house kitchen and he explained how they were going to make cottage cheese from two bowls of fresh milk sitting on the table -- very interesting place!
