A Winter Symphony

Uploaded: January 29, 2007

Description

Sugar Bowl, Cairngorm, Highlands, Scotland. Pentax 67II, 55-100 zoom 0.6ND grad, F22 at 2 sec's Velvia. It is surely true that everything looks a whole lot more beautiful with a dusting of fresh snow. The old wind battered Scots Pine trees have turned peppermint green and as the sun makes a brief appearance through the veil of clouds it paints the background slopes vivid orange.
