Thanks Chris. The photo was orginally shot in color. I desaturated the photo until I was pleased; I then used a flood filter plug-in to create the water effect. It took some time to get the water reflection and texture to match how I wanted. I also added a mild poster edges filter. And then to top it all off, I added a diffused filter to soften the cloud and to give a brilliance to the mountain. I hope this helps. Thanks again for your kind compliment.
