Thanks Jocelyn ...During the spring and fall months, virtually every morning, the Connecticut river valley (northern New England) is totally banked in with dense fog .. this photo was taken as the fos was lifting ..

I used to live on a mountain overlooking the river valley .. and from our front porch, you could look out over the valley and the fog was so dense, it looked like the valley was socked in with snow ... it was really beautiful ... about 10 am, you couldn't see hide nor hair of fog ..
