Well Ron, you certainly got my handheld attention on this shot! First time I have ever looked down a barrel of a gun.I hope I never ever see a real one. This is a very creative and inventive shot. Nice job! #364562Lori Ditlefsen February 06, 2004

This falls under the extraordinary.. #364766Ron Goldman February 06, 2004
Thank you everyone for your comments on this shot. I took this as one of my assignment shots for the photo class I'm in right now. I had the camera on a tripod and used the timer and cable release to get into position, focus, and then hope I got it right! It took several attempts to get the focus to lock on the front of the barrel and not my hands or face. I used the 28-70mm lens set at 35mm, f/2.8 for the very shallow DOF. Certainly a sight I hope I never see for real! #365067Bonnie C. Lackey February 06, 2004
It gave me a start, I'll admit - and then I realized how remarkable a picture this is. #365212June Marie Sobrito February 06, 2004
