Skyline of the Past

Uploaded: September 08, 2006

Description

The Twin Towers adds ballance to the Tower of the Brooklyn Bridge in the foreground of this scene. The photo was taken from Brooklyn, NY with a 24mm prime lens, tripod, cable release, and Kodachrome 25. The moon was added with PS7. This is image 5 in my tribute of the 5 year anniversary of the shocking attack in NYC which took thousands of innocent lives at the hands of extremists whos desire is for the United States of America to become a third World Country.

Thank you all for your kind comments and keen eye for unique images. Well wishes to all.
To the Judges...Yes, and thanks for asking! The image of the Moon was taken about three months ago from my back yard with my Konica Minolta Maxxum 7D, 500mm f/8 AF mirror lens (on manual focus), a tripod and cable release. I used the sunny 16 rule and converted it to f/8. I added this to the to the cityscape as a scaled layer in PS7. I left this information out of the description on purpose to see who was paying attention. Thanks for the keen observation.
