Mr. K. Roo - our resident kangaroo

Uploaded: August 20, 2006

Description

Exp.150 F/5.3 140mm
This roo has been in our front paddocks for almost 3 months. Possibly been hit by a car and is recovering from injuries, possibly a broken left wrist and he's lost an eye, and must feel relatively safe and away from the other roos. He's active and clear fences easily and isn't in too bad condition, and has become accustomed to our comings and goings. He's an almost fully grown young male.

Thank you Barbara and Denise. Yes, when he comes close to the house and the dogs see him, they go nuts. Fortunately they're very good with fences. If he doesn't move they don't notice him. #3190746

Thank you Frank. They're grazers and eat grass and not sure what else in the bush. He's quite a large fellow, standing about 6' when sitting up. #3190975
