I thinnk perhaps here slightly blurred hand is my own favorite piece of the image, it gives the depth of field issues as reason to come to the surface and also suggest she is opening up to the other side of her blinds. (more ways than one perhaps.)
Leah's eyes, they make it easy to get a good image. She is another truly genuine and just down right fun person to create an image with. A beauty in more ways than one.
