This is really neat Ursula. Is there anything you would share about the technique apart from presumably it was using PS?

Thank you! Paint Shop Pro, actually. Layered the two images, landscape as background, texture (rocks) as second layer. Combined the two layers in normal mode, second layer (texture) at 50%. That's it :)
