For those of you who wanted to know how it's done.

It is actually 2 photos, that were taken in sequence. The dog was moving fast so in one frame I missed her completely and got the splash with no dog! I thought that stringing this together with the photo of the dog gave a much better inpression of motion than the single frame with the dog.

I sliced the photos to get the window like effect. Then added perspective to the "windows" that did not include the dog.

On the dog photo, I selected the dog and copied her to a new layer so that I could add the drop shadow and an emboss effect. I also cut out some of the background from the photo, so that the dog appears to be jumping out of the frame. #259141
