Underneath it all #5
Uploaded: May 29, 2006
I'm running late today and will catch up on comments asap. Hope everyone had an excellent weekend.
This image was taken recently in the Queen Street Mall - there is a sunflare which I didn't remove, what do you think?? Does it detract from the image design?

Lovely photo Donna, no I don';t think the sun flare distracts, what I find a little distracting though not much is the little golden square shape in the bottom green section. (ac) #2826450Leanne M.E. Boyd May 29, 2006
I like the pov, colour and graphics. Excellent shot, Donna! #2826496Jill Odice May 29, 2006

Terrific capture with great design elements, Donna. I do agree about cloning out that tiny spot on bottom. I know you will take care next time.I took a BP course...he praised everything, but at the end would mention these tiny things. I never forgot after that to closely examine any image for posting. #2827491

Perfect! #2827590Nadya Johnson May 29, 2006
Well Donna, this one has my vote for Favorite in the Series!! Awesome photo! Having stared at it now for awhile... I think the little golden square is part of the architectural design (?) but I do find it just a bit distracting so would probably clone it out. Some might say if it was there, leave it in; but I say, for composition's sake sometimes you have to tweak reality a bit. As for the rest -- sheer perfection!! Yes, I think you have a winner here! Terrific shot! #2828153Shelly A. Van Camp May 29, 2006
This is Beautiful! Now, pongy you took my chances of winning again! lol Great capture and colors! Stay well over that Pond!!!!! It is 90 here!!!! #2828863John Connolly May 29, 2006
Outstanding image, Donna! That spot is a tad distracting, but seems to get lost in the overall capture.Darryl Wilkinson May 29, 2006

I'll jump on the "unanimous praise wagon" & say this is my favorite, also! I also agree regarding the sunflare & spotlight at the bottom...if they're cloned out there is nothing but PERFECTION left! #2832178Goshka G. May 30, 2006

Fantastic composition and curves. Great colors too. Great image. #2836789Kate Jackson May 31, 2006
It's funny because I was going to say how much I liked the little golden rectangle in the bottom! But I suppose after reading the comments, although the little thing is nice in itself, possibly in the whole scheme of things it would be better not there. And I like the sun spot! Love the whole thing in fact! #2837372Cathy Stancil May 31, 2006
