Thanks Carol. I really like colour, but thought I'd give it a try. Still not sure about it! #2663132

Thanks heaps Monique. Sometimes I think they pose deliberately, and I'm lucky enough to catch it!
With all these positive comments on my first B & W photo, I really will have to look at it differently. #2663308

Bea, do you have a slight posterized effect on that...jimmy... #2663457

Bea. Anderson April 19, 2006

Jimmy, not sure what posterized means. Nero has heaps of white hairs sprinkled around his face and underneck. #2663545

Excellent portrait work. You can see the chase in his eyes, the seriousness of the task at hand. If we all had are eye on the ball like that, imagine what we could accomplish. Nice work. #2677746

Thank you Samuel. Very much appreciated. He looks very serious, but he's as soft as butter, that's why there was no race career. My gain! Honey is the one with the fierce intent. #2677807

The black and white looks fantastic Bea. I have been having fun trying some photos in black and white with the monthly theme, this one works really well. #2682793

Bea. Anderson April 25, 2006

Thanks Helen.
Are you allowed to put more than one in for the monthly theme? I have another couple I've played around with, though my preference is for colour. #2682800

Helen Green April 25, 2006

Hi Bea. As far as I can tell from reading rules you can enter 1 photo a day, in whichever category you think is most appropriate for the photo. I have entered a few black and white photos this month. #2683670
