Cloudy, late afternoon, coolish and windy. Made the dogs feel really frisky. I was kneeling down, fingers crossed, but they know exactly which direction they're going to take. Safest things is not to move. I'm sure they do it just for fun and to show off.

LOL - so do they jump over you or mow you down? Great shot Bea! I love looking at pics of your dogs. #2623525Judyann Plante April 08, 2006
Wonderful action shot, Bea! #2623561Bea. Anderson April 08, 2006
Thanks so much Monique and Judyann. Glad you like my dogs enough to keep checking on them. Actually Monique, Nero was in there too, but out of shot and to the right. The girls thundered past on my left and Nero on the right. That was WOW! #2623805Ray Clarke April 09, 2006
Lovely shot Bea, be nice when ours feel like running like this again, the girls are a bit mopey since we lost Toby (audrey) #2624018Bea. Anderson April 09, 2006
Thank you Audrey. Yes, they do feel the loss when one of the pack has to go. #2624025Kate Jackson April 09, 2006
Looks like the race is on Bea! Great capture of all their excitement! #2625607Bea. Anderson April 09, 2006
Thanks Kate. It's a real thrill to be close when they fly by at top speed. Gone in an instant. #2625706Linda K. Griffiths April 13, 2006
Fantastic action shot. I'm amazed they can go so fast and not run over you. My dogs would send me flyingBea. Anderson April 13, 2006
Thanks Linda. I think, and hope, they've already decided well beforehand which side they'll go past. #2640283John Caruso April 13, 2006
Bea--I love the depth and focus in this one. You've really told a story here. Not only have you captured their motion, but you've captured e-motion. Nicely composed, as well. #2640922
