Hi Linda,
This has been a very good photo for me. It has received a lot of attention. I used a large light source on the dog’s right side: a light panel with an umbrella behind it. I had a reflector on the other side. The lens was a 250mm on a Mamiya C330. I really liked the twin lens cameras. The short depth of field on this lens is very good. Thanks for your message! Hi Christine
The best dog image ever is called His Master’s Voice. The artist was Francis Barraud. The dog is called Nipper. It is a trade mark of the several music companies across the world. My image is however in the top ten. My profound thanks for your enthusiasm for my image.
