City Hall Philadelphia, Pa.
Uploaded: February 19, 2006
I've always wanted to get a shot through the fountain since they lit City Hall up. It was a little windy this evening and I had to wait for the wind to die down.
13 seconds at f/22, ISO 100 at 85mm focal length.

Thanks so much Robin, Kate and Dennis. I'm not a city person but this is one of my favorite photos that I have done. I was hoping it might place in Februarys contest. It didn't, but I still like it:) Thanks again! #2572489Donna La Mattino Pagakis May 04, 2006
