Lighting is all important and exercises like this will help you. In this image I like the way you have positioned your hand to allow the shadows to go from hard to soft. For me this adds a story. Someone, who saying they are ok but really they are not. This may or may not have been the intention but makes it work for me. #1759122

Thanks Cliff - I started not to use that photo since it just wasn't "working" for me. I must have been having one of those "not" days that day. I like the way you explained it - it's the perfect description for that photo! #11887586
