Thank you so much, Robin! The lighting on this was natural from a huge, north facing window. I think what helped, is she was laying on a white blanket which helped reflect light onto her face also. I notice that the shaded sand play areas of a playground also act like a light reflector. I also dodged her face a little, and used a pencil tutorial on her.
