Lower Panther Meadows

Description

Back in 1987, these meadows were almost destroyed by a huge influx of visitors whose actions resulted in trampled plants and diverted streams. With sustained and combined efforts of the forest service and volunteers, over the years the meadows were restored. Today visitors may enjoy the area from narrow rocky paths that traverse the meadows.
