Thanks everyone!

I used a plugin called flaming pear flexify to make the bubbles and used layers in photoshop elements to put it together...

I was reading a thread about submitting copyrighted material and came across this fantastic image. I submitted an image that has the work cheerios on the bubbles and someone said the judges may ignore copyrighted subject matter and gave the link to this discussion. #2819886
