Flowers For Breakfast

Description

A lone donkey has wondered into a field of wild flowers. The day is just beginning, the clouds from last night's rain are burning off. The butterflies are visiting the flowers in the morning sun that has made it through the clouds. The donkey's stomach starts to rumble and he thinks why not. Flowers for breakfast, what a great start to the day.
The background is a texture by Jai Johnson and the flowers were included in that texture. The colors are changed somewhat by processing the image with Nik Color Efex Pro. The donkey came from Pixaby images and was cut out from it's background and applied as a composite image by using layers in Photoshop CC. The butterflies were cut out from some of my own images and also added as composites. The flying birds were added with a bird photoshop brush by distressed textures. I hope that you enjoy this image and why not start your day with flowers for breakfast.
