View from the 39th Floor

The sister of one of our photo club members has an office on the 39th floor of the building directly across from Philadelphia's City Hall. She was kind enough to meet us there on a Sunday afternoon and arrange for us to have our photographic way. It's a view I had never seen, so I'm sharing it here. Ben Franklin Bridge and the Delaware River can be seen in the background. William Penn tops City Hall.
