Coastal Drama at Sunset

Uploaded: October 21, 2014

Description

Moonstone Beach, Cayucos, California Central Coast. 1/2 second @ f/22. ISO 100. 70-300mm lens @ 155mm. Tripod w/cable release. ... Note: After my usual processing of the image in Adobe Camera Raw, I converted the photo to B&W in Photoshop CC (Image > Adjustments > Black and White). I also did a little finessing with the B&W filters (mostly red) in order in order to tweak the tonal values, deepen the sky, increase the contrast, etc.

Exif: F Number: 22, Exposure Bias Value: 0.00, ExposureTime: 7/10 seconds, Flash: did not fire., ISO: 100, White balance: Manual white balance, FocalLength: 155.00 mm, Model: NIKON D4
