I plan to spend the day tomorrow figuring out how to light white. My images look a little flat on the white. I like the depth you have here. Care to share any secrets? #2092833

to Michelle : This picture is taken in studio with studio set-up: 2 softboxes from front from both sides and one on the white paper b/g. I don't know how much roon you have but try to move your model as far from the background you could...here she stand about 5m in front of b/g so there was no problem to hit the b/g with strong light and get in white without contralight from it..i don't know what light sources you use..here are 3 softboxes... #2092955

ANOTHER GREAT SHOT DEAN !!

I've spent the last year fooling around in studios when I have time and I know this type of shot is very difficult to get. I'm sure with your experience the lighting is just a "day at work" type thing however the colors used and expresion you get from your models is exceptional, and that my friend, is ART.

To Gary...Tnx very much indeed...I will probably not go that far to call this art but I'm very happy to see that there are ppl who apriciate this kind of work. Sometimes I get the feeling that for example some "b/w play with shadow type of picture " will get much more attencion then this type...and you are right, only ppl who tryed know how is difucult sometimes to get good expression from teen models...:o))...This picture was made for cover of one teenage magazine in Cratia "OK! Magazine"...
Tnx very much to everyone for time to coment this picture :o) #2204126
