Clarity thru Reflection

Uploaded: November 15, 2005

Description

I was forutnate to capture this shot of my daughter watching the otters swimming in their habitat. It seemed interesting to me, because the reflection was much more in focus than she was. 80mm, F/4.2, 1/13 sec. I used Photoshop Elements 2.0 to add the Poster Edges filter to the right side of the image.

Exif: FNumber: 4.2, ExposureBiasValue: 0/6, ExposureTime: 7.69230769230769E-02, Flash: flash did not fire, ISO: , WhiteBalance: auto white balance

Richard, how true of life this is. Often times we don't see untill we reflect on a situation, event or circumstance. Great capture and post prossesing. The look on your daughters face and the title are a excellent match. Very well done. #2211304

Dan, your gracious comments are very encouraging, and I cannot thank you enough for taking the time to leave such thoughtful feedback.

Yes, reflections are all too often used to just see what is behind us, or just our outer surface and coverings, but usually not the most important things - our heart and soul. #2213773
