Description

I live in Victoria on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada. We are recognized world wide for our most infamous export (BC Bud), and it is excepted openly here, for the most part. This is a picture of Beth, a woman who suffers with the pain of rhumatoid arthritis. As you can see, her fingers tell the tale. She was one of a peaceful group who desended upon the local MP's office to draw attention to the legitimacy of marijuana for medicinal use.
