This is really nice, Jeff. One of my favorites of your series. Everything works so well, the vertical format, the foreground that directs the eye to the milky way, and the placement of the milky way itself. Hot to mention the wonderfully wide color pallet. Excellent. #1549482

Can't think of anything to add to Dale's comments. So 'ditto' Jeff. A real wall hanger my friend. #10878061

Wish it was mine. It's fabulous. #10878303

this is great. You didn't take this last week did you? I wanted to take Milky Way pictures in the Sierra Mountains last week, but figured the full moon would be too bright. #10878316

Yes a real winer for all the reasons Dale mentioned. The one I also like he did not mention is the great reflection. #10878318

Thanks, everyone! I'm really pleased with this one as well.

This was back in September. There was about a third of the moon, but it didn't come up till around 1 am. This is out by the Spiral Jetty where we light painted when y'all came out. #10878472

I thought this was a familiar spot! I really like this but what I find that makes this one exceptional is the reflections in the water!! Great Job!!!! #10878735

Thanks, Beth. Had that bit of water been there when we were out there, this is the spot we would have painted. But, it was dry as a bone, so we found the other spot. #10878904

Yep-I love it too. I think the subtle change in colors is my favorite addition to the Milky Way. #10879461
