Stairway To Heaven

Uploaded: July 25, 2013

Description

The last couple of years the path to the highest point in Rocky Mountain National Park that is easily accessible has been closed. Each year I looked forward to taking my 3 oldest grandchildren to that point for pictures whereby I measured their growth by the altitude marker. The marker is now gone but what a grand Stairway To Heaven the park has built. I was half way up when I took this picture, it’s a heart thumper but oh so worth it.
