It's a lovely image but very cluttered. I would crop rather substantially to focus interest, perhaps by taking off the whole top section above the window frame and a chunk at the bottom - meaning much of the iron ballustrade. It's very attractive but it's not the main subject. Will be very interested to know why you don't crop if that is your decision.
