This was my fourth visit to Acadia.
The rugged shore from Thunder Hole to Otter Cliffs ranks among the most scenic spots anywhere in the East.

The picturesque shoreline of Acadia NP (without the "r") ranks highly among my favorite places for shooting scenics.
In northeastern Maine, the sun comes up pretty early, so a few hours of sleep must be sacrificed for a chance to capture the magic of that early light.
