Hairy Woodpecker fledgling

Hairy Woodpecker fledgling's third day out of the nest pays a visit without either of the parents. It has been such a delightful joy to watch this 'youngster' being fed by the parents (the Daddy takes suet from my hand) and it really tickled me to have youngster spend some time alone with me. Lucky lucky lady I am, I am!
