House Wren

Uploaded: August 09, 2011

Description

House Wren stay here, the oil industry is out to poison us with toxic tar sands which will corrode the pipeline that goes from Alberta to the Gulf Coast through 8 states and the nation's drinking water. The tar sands are unnecessary, they poison the planet just as they poisoned Alberta with toxic waters. Expanding the mining of more tar sands will kill 16 million song birds and untold Americans by the Tea Party movement who is pressing President Obama to decide on more toxic jobs this month. We don't need more disease, death and global warming. We do need clean energy now!

Please House Wren, tell the world what is happening to our country!

Thank you, for the comments, Donna.
It's too hot to capture more images, plus I'm back in physical therapy again self paying because insurance ran out.

If the toxic tar sands, which have contaminated the drinking water in Alberta wasn't enough, the fossil fuel industry is also doing hydraulic fracturing to get the natural gas out of coal and shale even below the surface. Fracking has caused homes and commercial structures to explode, it has caused earth quakes in areas that has not seen them for a lifetime, and it is guaranteed to poison the water beyond what water filters (or bottled water) can reduce. This is because it's happening all over the country, so one does not know from where their water comes.

Former President and Vice President Dubya Bush and Dick Cheney (Halliburton CEO, a company who founded the fracking process) EXEMPTED the fracking industry from the Clean Water, Safe Drinking Water and Clean Air laws, despite this process being harmful to human health and the environment. They forbade the US EPA from doing anything about this, in the amendment which has been called the Halliburton loophole.

Fracking may occur in California, as well. Among the chemicals used in fracking are ethylene glycol--anti-freeze, and because it cannot be regulated under the safe drinking water laws, neither reverse osmosis nor carbon filters, nor any others for that matter can reduce it. Plus, no standards.

This is from the party that touts being pro-life! Pro-life of corporations but not human infants or other animals! #9599945
