Taken from Mt Wellington overlooking central Hobart, Tasmania, and some of the northern suburbs. Haze proved to be a stumbling block with this image so I worked on it in PS to try and remove as much of it as I was able to.

This is the original image that I have worked from in PS. If anyone has good ideas how to cut through atmospheric haze in post processing, I would love to hear it!

I think you did pretty darn good on cleaning it up, WTG Phil. Love vista shots like this and haze is always lurking around on these kind of shots. Particularly in an industrial area. #9456157

A stunning sight and capture Phil! You did a good job on the haze, maybe you could try clicking on Auto Level in the original image, and see how you go! #9456894

What a gorgeous view Phil. I have the same issue with some Maui landscape shots as they have a lot of VOG days. Haven't found a good solution yet. #9499301
