Birth of an Image

Every photograph we take is an attempt to capture a moment in time...to show the world what we have seen and felt at that instant. I tried to capture that process by recreating the magic I have seen in my darkroom as the image appears in the developer. I can still vividly recall the excitement of seeing my first image emerge.
