...good morning to you neighbor Mia! I thought you might not show up LOL!!!So nice to see that we both picked a similar POV to post! Too funny ( great minds) I had the white balance set to cloudy & it made the images warmer...interesting how they differ; think I'll use auto next time! Have a wonderful day! ;o) #1321155

The one posted is in auto WB,it gave me the real colors of the Mill,as Aimee I also took some pics in cloudy mode of white balance...It gave me warmer colors ,pretty but didn't seem to be the real place I had just photographed.People who know me know what I mean.. #8996397

You are definitely "the real thing" type of lady, Maria! :) Like Julie and Nancy above, I have to say I like both and it would be hard to decide what I like better...each gives a different "feel" and each "feel" has it's own merit...A beautiful location - one I would love to see someday...the beautiful autumn setting, that fantastic red wheel all so beautifully framed and presented. Well done in your own fantastic style, my friend! #8996515

Your choice of pov is perfect for bringing out all of these wonderful elements of place, Maria. The mill, red wheel and falls are beautifully presented with the overhanging branch of Autumn color, and another cool choice was to include the foreground. #8997132

Maria- These old mills are always so charming and certainly a photographers delight. Love the composition and pov, goorgeous stone work brought out, the colors are beautiful, love the red of the wheel. Fantastic job with getting the action of the water as it flows down to feed to wheel. Gorgeous work of art my dear friend.
Have a wonderful day. #8997183
