The Cost Of Freedom

Uploaded: August 02, 2005

Description

Where have you gone Daddy? I miss you so.....

This is a dedication series to those in war and to those that have paid the highest cost.

This is the first in a four part series.

I felt compelled to do a series that showed both the costs and benefits of war.

I hope you enjoy the series.

This picture makes me want to reach out and hug him but since I can't do that I will be holding on to my own children really tight tonight. Make sure he knows what a hero his father is and how much we appreciate his sacrifices. #287920

WOW!!! Speechless...makes me want to cry! He looks as if he is or has been crying. My son just had to leave his wife and kids for the next two months. He is not In Iraq this time but away from his family!

Beautiful capture Melissa. Like the others I want to just put my arms around him and hug him. Those tears in his eyes just brought tears to my eyes. He is so adroable. It makes me so sad to see all the men and women going off to the different places of war. It is just so senseless with all the lives we have lost. Will be looking for more in your series of these. #1669309
