This is very fine, Kathe. I love the sharp focus on the falling down and weathered fence and the softer focus on the old buildings behind. The sepia tones are perfect for the scene and it's very well composed. Just saw this in Editor's Picks -- congratulations! #1293326

Powerful image Kathe with a story to tell. I particularily like the way you framed the house in the background, the weathered pickets point upward to draw attention. The monotone adds to the sense of forboding.
