Bad Bad Bart [Puppies]

I think Bart isn't really bad, but he was behind this drop down chain barrier at the shelter and certainly looked as though he'd gotten himself in trouble. The title comes from the fact that two of the shelter folks are writing a children's story about him, from his point of view, and that is the title of their book.
