Terrific expression on baby bird.

I've found that often the judges don't like parts of the birds cut off, especially the head, which shows expression.

Also, you can create better composition, if you turned this into a vertical, cropping off the right hand side of the image. And, tone down the bright circle of light coming through the leaves. White attracts and takes the eye away from the subject.
