Actually the funding for building this incredible pedestrian bridge straddling Washington Street in Princeton, NJ was a gift from the P.U. Alumni Association.
---------------
The University decided to build the bridge to ease the flow of pedestrian traffic on Campus. It will be wheelchair accessible, and will span the street high above the roadway.
The purple and yellow back hoe is seen ubiquitously around campus.

My new job starts today; commenting may be sparce until I settle in!
