White Fallow Deer, Wildlife Safari-OR
Uploaded: April 05, 2010
White Fallow Deer in Wildlife Safari, Oregon.
It was a warm spring morning and everybody was taking a nap. The animals are most active at daylight and dusk but Wildlife Safari hours are from 9am to 5pm so most animals are taking it easy. Little action for us tourist.

Fallow deer have a long history in Britain and the rare white fallow deer stag or buck was adopted by King Richard II as his crest, the "Royal Hart". A century of selective breeding has created a unique white fallow deer herd.#1255568
