Terrific capture, Lydia, with wonderful detail, color and light. He shows so well against that blurred, dark background, and I like the turn of his head -- quite regal looking, actually. Congratulations on the Editor's Pick. #1310437

Thanks, Nikki! These two roosters just wandered their way into our son's backyard in NJ while we were there for a visit. They were beautiful with the sunlight...He says they have not been seen since. #8923639

Every month, with our camera in hand, we go out and find what we hope will be the “winning photo.”
Those of us that don’t get recognized, just continue to search for that special image, until one day the Congratulations come pouring in from some of the best artist and friends anyone could image.
So to the Better Photo winners for the month of September, I congratulate you on a job so well done.
My very best to all of you, Merna Nobile
