thank you Jeff this was a rare moment it was just him and I for about 10 minutes and he just sat there while I was taking his picture I love how his mouth is on the glass. thanks for making it one of your favorites it does appear a little darker when I uploaded it to bp #8467664

Miss Hollywood has arrived! I think I could use him in a remake of BJ & the Bear (although he's not a chimp, but I'm not BJ!) I've always wanted to work with an Orangutan - they are one of my faves at the Zoo!

P.S. I love this part of the zoo. Making contact with them. I actually feel the MOST sorry for The Gorillas and Apes out of all the zoo animals. So, if I can exchange some real moments with there I feel I have maybe made a difference in their day. They sure do mine when it happens! #8809184
