Melting snow and late afternoon sun combine to create warm reflections on the sidewalk on the U of M campus. Nikon D1X, Nikkor 80-200mm, 1/125 sec at F5.3.

Heather, this photo is truly wonderful! I love the way this guy’s legs and his shadow divided this image into two pieces – one with warm tones and second with cold. You can’t see exactly the place where those colors blended together, but this is the best! Great work. I really like this photo!

Oh, and big congratulations! – Today I went to the bookstore for some new magazines and while I’ve was looking inside Digital Camera World I found your “Tulip” there! What a surprise and a pleasure to my eyes!!!
