Mystical Madison

Uploaded: February 23, 2010

Description

A frigid morning along the Madison River in south west Montana. Temperatures dipped to -10 degrees and helped create frosting conditions from moisture off the river. I visited the location for 3 consecutive mornings - this being the most mystical of the visits. The sunlit peaks of the Madison Range begin to emerge from the fog. Canon 24-105L, f16. 0.4 sec exposure, Gitzo tripod.

Exif: F Number: 16, Exposure Bias Value: 0.00, ExposureTime: 4/10 seconds, Flash: did not fire, compulsory flash mode, ISO: 100, White balance: Manual white balance, FocalLength: 40.00 mm, Model: Canon EOS 5D Mark II
