Taken while walking in the woods in New Brunswick, Canada, last October. OK, yes, I did move some leaves around; they were already there, I just sort of moved them around a bit.

Quite an admission, Randy. So you're a purest, too. I always look over my shoulder when I move a leaf or twig in the composition. This photo is special for a lot of reasons. The close-crop foreground demanding attention with outstanding detail in the red leaf supported by the stump and all its growth, and the background tree and fall colors finishing the photo with promises in the cycle of life. #8366809
